VC Projects cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 27/12/2020, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions is canceled. E-mail and mailing lists

Our website uses MailerLite, a third party that handles the e-mail traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through MailerLite's servers. They will never use your name and e-mail address for their own purposes. You will see the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every e-mail that is sent automatically via our website. If you click on this, you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by MailerLite. It uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. MailerLite reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context. We use the services of Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially. We use the StripePayments platform to process (part of) the payments for reservations. StripePayments processes your name and your payment details such as your credit card number. StripePayments has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. StripePayments reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. StripePayments does not store your data for longer than permitted by the legal terms. We collect reviews via the platform of Google reviews, Facebook and our own website. If you leave a review via one of these platforms, you are obliged to leave a minimum of information so that we can link your review to your stay here. Facebook, Google and our own website share this information with us so that we can link the review to your stay.

Invoicing and accounting

We use the services of Lodgify and Teamleader to keep track of our administration and accounting. We share your name and accommodation details regarding your reservation. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data will be sent and stored protected. Both systems are obliged to observe secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. These systems do not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above. 

Purpose of data processing 

General purpose of the processing 

We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share information with us and we use this information to contact you at a later time - other than at your request - we will ask you explicitly for this. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Automatically collected data

Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. These data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) are not personal data.

However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.

If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you cancel the restriction.
